What is the difference between BRX and BRICK tokens?

BRX is the governance and utility token for the BRICKX ecosystem — purchased in the ICO, used for voting, staking, and fee discounts. BRICK is the property token for a specific hotel — fixed price of $10, bought on the platform after TGE, earns annual dividend from that hotel's revenue.

When is the first dividend paid?

First dividend: June 2028 (for fiscal year 2027). Timeline: Hotel acquisition Q4 2026 → operations begin 2027 → fiscal close December 31, 2027 → independent audit Q1 2028 → dividend announcement April 2028 → USDC payment June 2028.

Why is the hotel name confidential?

This is standard M&A practice. Early disclosure can increase the seller's asking price or complicate negotiations. Once the Sale and Purchase Agreement is signed, the hotel name, location, financial details, and full due diligence report will be published to all investors before the BRICK token sale launches.

What is the minimum investment?

BRX seed round: minimum $100 USDC. BRICK hotel token: minimum 1 token = $10.00. There is no minimum holding requirement for dividend — all holders receive a pro-rata share based on tokens held at the December 31 snapshot date.

What happens if the ICO does not reach its target?

If the raise target is not met, all investors receive a full refund. Smart contract escrow ensures funds remain secure. Hotel acquisition will only proceed after the ICO ecosystem is fully funded and the platform is operational.
